- Germany: 1-2 business days
- Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Rest of EU: 2-5 business days
- Back-order: 4-15 business days
Non-EU

Please note that the estimated shipping times exclude weekends and holidays. During the holiday season, shipping times may be longer than usual. We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, but carriers are extremely busy during these times. We ask for your understanding and patience.
EU orders
Our main warehouse is located in the Netherlands, but we also ship from Latvia and Spain, depending on the product(s) you order and which country is closest to you.
Back-orders: if the product you wish is temporarily out of stock in our EU warehouse(s), you can still order it using the 'back-order' shipping method. This means instead of waiting for the new stock to arrive and be processed in our EU facilities, we ship it directly from our international warehouse in Asia. Please allow a longer delivery time of 5-15 business days. To make up for the delay we offer free shipping on all back-orders.
Non-EU orders
We do not ship from our EU warehouses to non-EU customers, because that would mean that our customers would have to pay (substantial) import duties and high shipping fees. To avoid this, we use international shipping from our Asia warehouse. That's why our shipping fees are low and you do not get charged with import duties.
No, we don't.
Unlike dropshipping, where products are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer, we have a different process. Our products are initially produced in a factory in Asia (like most products in the clothing industry), but instead of shipping directly to customers, they are sent to our warehouses. Our main warehouse is located in the Netherlands, which is also where we're based but we also ship from warehouses in Latvia, Spain and Asia, depending on the location of the customer.
For orders within the EU, we ship from our EU warehouses, which allows for quicker delivery and avoids additional import duties for our customers.
For orders outside the EU, we ship from our Asian warehouse, because our company is based in the EU. This method is more cost-effective and helps international customers avoid high shipping costs and import duties.
We ensure a high level of quality control and branding consistency for all our products. We are committed to providing the best possible experience to our customers, with efficient shipping and high-quality products.
We offer free shipping on orders above €50. If your order value is lower, we charge a shipping fee depending on your country of destination and the weight of your package.

Nope! If we ship your order to you, you do not have to pay additional import duties or taxes.
If you placed a large order with us, sometimes this means we will ship your order in multiple packages. Don't worry, we take care of the extra shipping costs.
Exception for B2B customers:
If you placed a wholesale order with us, the above does not apply and your business may be charged with import duties.
The carrier that will deliver your package depends on the country of destination. Carriers we use the most are:

- DPD

- Deutsche Post

Products
You can wait and check if the item is available in a week or so or you can send an e-mail to info@capsapparel.com and we'll let you know if the item will be restocked.
Please note that items on sale will not be restocked, unless someone else returns them.
Some caps retain their shape when they’re not worn, while others collapse and lose their shape. This is because caps either have a structured or an unstructured crown. So, the structure of the cap affects its appearance. If you’re looking for a cap that will keep its shape, choose a Structured Cap. Want your cap to be less sturdy? Custom Products
Sure! We have a few different items which you can personalize by adding your own text. Click here to see the whole collection.
Want to completely design your own hat (logo, color etc.)? Unfortunately due to the high processing costs this is only possible if you order 20 or more pieces. If you're interested in ordering 20+ products, please scroll down to 'Wholesale'.
Simply go over to the custom product you'd like and follow the steps:
- Select the color of your cap
- Personalize your design: click the button right under the 'add to cart' button
- Write down your text
- Pick a text color
- Add to cart and go to the checkout
- We will embroider the design onto your cap and deliver it to your address
Please note: if you don't enter your custom text, you will receive your hat with our standard text "CAP". If you want to make sure you've added your design correctly, you can simply go over to the checkout (where you'll see a mock-up with your text) or your order confirmation (where you'll see a personalization ID).

Payment
We accept secure payment through Paypal, IDEAL, Klarna, Stripe and accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
Debit operations are made in Euro's €. The price of your order or the product is estimated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Europe. This means that the total sum may differ from the sum indicated on our website due to the differences in currency rates of the acquirer bank and the issuing bank. The total amount in your currency will be visible at the end of the checkout.
Discount codes can't be combined with other deals (like sale or bundle deals). If you're buying an item that's already on sale, you can't add a discount code as well.
Your discount code can also be expired. If that's the case it will also not work because the deal is expired.
Orders
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at info@capsapparel.com.

Once your order has been shipped you will also receive a shipping confirmation email from us which contains the tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accept on all items for any reason, as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. You can request a return by contacting us at info@capsapparel.com.
You have up to 14 days after receival to return your package.
Holiday Return Policy: during the whole of December you have up to 30 days after receival to return your items.
Our return guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
You are responsible for the costs of your return.
