MARKETING MANAGER

We’re looking for someone that will be responsible for our social media marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, and site-wide marketing campaigns.

• You’ll be the go-to person for all things marketing and content

• You’ll work closely with our mediabuyer to create and oversee content for ads

• You’ll make sure we always have amazing content across our marketing channels, i.e. by arranging shoots and by turning content into creatives for yourself

• You’ll be the one defining our social media strategy; coming up with ideas for TikToks, Reels, IG stories, etc.

• You’ll create and manage your own network of content creators, to create awesome content with our products

• You’ll be in charge of our email marketing; creating high-performing on-brand email campaigns and flows

• You’ll help define and implement large campaigns, i.e. for Black Friday and Christmas

• You’ll have your own marketing assistant to help with executing our marketing strategy

Key qualities

• You have 2+ years experience in marketing

• You’re available full-time

• You’re a freelancer (or willing to transition to freelancing)

• You have an eye for branding and marketing

• You have a feel for fashion trends (streetwear)

• You have an eye for graphic design; you know how to create aesthetically pleasing content

• You know how to use Canva/Adobe to make creatives

• Copywriting skills: you’ll be writing our ad and email copy, so some experience in this field is required

• Management skills: you’re the one in charge of our marketing completely, which means you’ll need to be able to manage a (small) team

• You’re a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns

• Most importantly, you’re passionate about content and marketing and you’re aligned with our vision
