Holiday Shipping Policy: Netherlands 2024

To accommodate the holiday season, please review our adjusted shipping schedules and courier availability to ensure timely delivery. These schedules apply specifically to the Netherlands and may impact your order’s delivery timeline:

Holiday Delivery Schedule:

  • December 4 & 5

    • Orders placed on December 4 before 10:00 PM will be delivered on December 5.
    • Orders placed on December 5 will be delivered on December 6.
    • Note: No same-day delivery on December 5.
  • December 23

    • Orders placed on December 23 before 10:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
    • Orders placed on December 24, 25, or 26 will be delivered on December 27.
  • December 30

    • Orders placed on December 30 before 10:00 PM will be delivered on December 31.
  • December 31 & January 1

    • Orders placed on December 31 or January 1 will be delivered on January 2.

Limited Courier Availability

Please note that certain couriers will only be available on specific dates, as outlined below. Delivery timelines may be impacted based on courier availability:

Shipping to Canada During the Canada Post Strike

Q: Why can’t I place an order to ship to Canada?
A: Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are currently unable to deliver orders to Canada. This situation is beyond our control, and we’re monitoring it closely to resume shipping as soon as possible.

Q: Can I ship to other countries?
A: Yes, we are shipping to all other countries worldwide without any issues. If you have an alternative address outside of Canada, we’d be happy to process your order.

Q: When will shipping to Canada resume?
A: We’re keeping a close eye on the situation with Canada Post. As soon as the strike is resolved and services return to normal, we will resume shipping to Canada immediately.

Q: Are there alternative shipping options to Canada?
A: Unfortunately, Canada Post is our primary shipping partner for Canadian orders, and the strike impacts all deliveries within Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
