- You can only add text inside the text box. Everything outside the text box cannot be embroidered. This means one line only.
- You can only choose text in the "Roman Alphabet" (so in ABC), other alphabets are not supported (yet).
Please note: as this is a custom product, you can't return it.

Q: Why can’t I place an order to ship to Canada?
A: Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are currently unable to deliver orders to Canada. This situation is beyond our control, and we’re monitoring it closely to resume shipping as soon as possible.
Q: Can I ship to other countries?
A: Yes, we are shipping to all other countries worldwide without any issues. If you have an alternative address outside of Canada, we’d be happy to process your order.
Q: When will shipping to Canada resume?
A: We’re keeping a close eye on the situation with Canada Post. As soon as the strike is resolved and services return to normal, we will resume shipping to Canada immediately.
